On Friday Nov 9th, the Thrash Metal chapel GumoManiacs released "Priest Of Lucifer X" - a 10th anniversary remake of their classic debut album (which I had the honor to produce and play bass on and Air did the drumming) - via Slash Zero Records. You should definitely check that one out if you already liked the original (or if you haven't heard the original at all), as this is what the album should have sounded like in the first place (but we haven't had the money and technical/musical knowledge back then)...
Today the legendary Young Fast Running Man releases his 2nd album "Young Bird" (which I had the honor to produce, and together with my bro Air contributed lots of instruments on that one) via Slash Zero Records - you should definitely check it out on Spotify or Bandcamp or even visit the release party tomorrow at Import/Export Munich!
And because that's not enough, another record's coming out this day: Old School Punks Grape celebrate their new EP "Justylied" (which I also produced) today at Rocket Club Landshut. It's released via 30 Kilo Fieber Records and True Trash - you can order it here or listen on Spotify!
On Friday Sep 21st, my good friend Andy Kneitinger (under the moniker of "Illegal I") released his debut album "Illegal Eye" (which I had the honor to produce and play bass on) via Slash Zero Records.
Two more releases scheduled for August 2018 - this year seems to be a productive one...
1. Because all of their recent 3 albums completely sold out, my bros from "Ohrange" released a greatest hits album entitled "Perlen" last Friday. So if you missed their last albums "ohrange Album", "[er]leben", and "Wie Ein Mobile" (which I produced and played loads of instruments on and Air played some drums here and there, too), this compilation is for you!
2. In my last post I raved about the Hertrich Bros and their cool project "Attune", and last Friday August 3, 2018, they released their self-titled album "Attune" (which I mastered recently). It is now available digitally, but they do think about going vinyl for this one soon, so watch out if you like dark, moody, dreamy vibes with roots in downtempo, trip-hop, and nu-jazz while maintaining memorable harmonies and melodies.
